- 1 bottle Francois Montand Champagne (or any dry glowing wine)
- Orange wheels and recent cranberries for garnish
Mix components and maintain chilled. Serve on ice with an orange wheel and recent cranberries.

- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Orange peel from 2 two oranges
- 12 ounce bag of recent or frozen cranberries
- 20 ounces (2.5 cups) water
- 16 ounces (2 cups) white sugar
- 4 ounces ( 1/2 cup) brown sugar
