It appears to me that one of the best answer could be to place a lid over the freeway and construct a a lot wanted metropolis park on it. Such lids are in-built wealthy neighborhoods, like Interstate 90 on Mercer Island and the Freeway 520 Portage Bay and Roanoke Lid Challenge.
It’s time that we begin doing comparable tasks in low-income neighborhoods, too.
