David Horsey’s cartoon was offensive. He branded a complete group of individuals in a really ugly manner primarily based on the actions of 1 individual.

The Seattle Police Division and its officers have made nice strides in higher serving their group, strides which are not often famous or acknowledged. Nobody individual is ideal. Nobody group of individuals is ideal. Seattle may have no police drive if this stage of police bashing continues.
