Re: “ ‘Amazon is a monopolist’: FTC, 17 states claim price hikes, manipulation” [Sept. 26, Business]:

I simply hope that when the Federal Commerce Fee finishes “bettering” Amazon, it hasn’t wrecked it. I don’t wish to return to ordering stuff and having to attend 10 to 14 days for it to reach through Pony Categorical (aka america Postal Service). I like getting stuff in a day or two, delivered proper to the door.

No matter else its faults, Amazon is nearly the one company that truly understands the idea of customer support.
