WILDES, the moniker of London-based musician Ella Walker, has introduced a brand new EP, Subsidence. It’s out March 15, and lead single ‘heartbreak is silent’ is out now. Take heed to it beneath.
“The EP centres across the abrupt finish of a loving relationship that left me fairly devastated and shocked,” Walker defined in a press release. Of the brand new single, she added: “‘heartbreak is silent’ captures a battle between myself and my feelings after the top of my final relationship. This explicit heartbreak was quietly delicate from the surface, however raging and all encompassing inside. He had no concept what I used to be going by means of – all he noticed was the glossier veneer of social media. Heartbreak and grief are acquainted to me, however they’re heavy burdens that typically really feel unattainable to hold. This track is all about that duality.”
